Some of the most important aspects of each project happen before any dirt has even been touched. Our pre-construction team works collaboratively with our project team to develop an overall project timeline. This schedule is then distributed to all parties prior to work beginning. We work closely with the design team to provide accurate construction budgets during each phase of design. This also provides us with the ability to provide conceptual estimates during a project’s infancy.

Throughout the duration of the project, our project superintendents and project managers work hand-in-hand with the design team and owner. We have implemented several construction technologies that allow ease of access to project documents. We also provide daily photo updates to the owner and the design team.

As the project comes to a close, we conduct a punchlist walk with the owner and design team to identify any final details that need to be executed. Upon the completion of each project, we provide digital copies of the build’s closeout documents to all parties. Our goal is to provide our owners with an unparalleled building experience even after the physical work is done.
